Message to clients

As a therapist of color, it gives a unique perspective because of my real-life experiences. I have been homeless, overcome alcoholism, and grew up in the UK in the 70s with interracial parents (African American and English White). Because of my upbringing, I have witnessed extreme racism and abandonment. Though painful, I would not have changed a thing because this suffering has molded me into an empathetic person who can relate to my client's narrative. I sit here today as an overcomer with two children in their 20s and a wife of 30+ years. If you want a therapist that has practical real-life solutions and has created healthy boundaries for the generational dysfunction in his family, please look me up for anxiety, stress, couple, and anger management therapy.
