I am currently offering online sessions only and my aim is to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where you can feel comfortable expressing your thoughts and emotions. Your well-being is my top priority, and I am here to support you in every possible way.

Starting therapy can sometimes feel overwhelming, and it’s perfectly normal to have mixed feelings about it. Please know that our sessions are a partnership, and your active participation is crucial.
