Message to clients

If you look like you have it together, but secretly feel burnt out, exhausted, or doomed, then hi! It's so frustrating to feel like you have it together one minute and are falling apart the next. You don't have to feel this way forever. I can help.

My clients want to cope better, drink less, or shift unhelpful or unhealthy lifestyle habits that are keeping them stuck and feeling like crap. If you need a big dose of self-care, self-acceptance, or self-compassion, let's do this.

Finding a therapist can be weird. I've been told by new clients that they feel comfortable with me pretty quickly. I’m down-to-earth, believe in the healing and connective power of humor, and won’t shy away from a cuss word or two.

You deserve a space where you matter most. You can always expect to be treated with compassion and respect, and I will always be in your corner.
