Melissa brings a wealth of experience from her extensive career in behavioral health. She currently serves full-time as a Behavioral Health Program Manager for a 911 Co-Responder Program, where she works closely with first responders to provide mental health support in crisis situations. Her professional background has given her deep insight into the complexities of trauma, crisis intervention, and community mental health. She earned her Master’s in Social Work from Texas A&M - Commerce in 2017 and holds a Bachelor’s degree from Louisiana State University.
Melissa offers fully virtual therapy services, providing confidential and accessible mental health support to clients from the comfort of their own space. Remote therapy allows for greater flexibility, making it easier for individuals with busy schedules to receive the care they need. She is currently accepting new individual therapy clients, while couples counseling services are on a waitlist.
