Melissa Tract is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker located in in NY. Currently, she is able to see clients both in person and via tele-health. She works with kids, teens, and young adults. Melissa is trained in a variety of different evidenced based approaches such as DBT, CBT, and MBSR, among others. She believes that unconditional positive regard and support helps clients internalize their own strength and power, and she endeavors to make sure that all clients feel seen and heard during their sessions.
