Message to clients

You are a strong person. Perhaps you’ve been strong for too long. Even the strongest amongst us need help to work through life’s challenges. We all have battles to fight and hurdles to overcome. Whether you struggle with anxiety, grief, self-doubt, shame, or the difficulty of transitioning to the next stage in your life, you are not alone. There is hope for a better tomorrow.

I believe there is a hero within all of us. As your therapist, my greatest intention is to assist you in tapping into this hero within you. The road ahead becomes clear as you begin to experience greater hope for what is possible in your life. It does get better, things can change, you are in the right place.

My work with you is informed not only by my professional training but by my own personal experiences working through these very same challenges. I too have felt the despair of not knowing what’s next. I remember all too well struggling with the shame that comes with self-doubt, indecision, and fear of an uncertain future. I remember, head in hands, thinking “How can things ever improve? I don’t see a path forward; I can’t do this by myself.” But for the help of trusted guides in my life, I may not have experienced the healing and clarity which motivates you to reach out.
