Professional statement

Hello and welcome! I am licensed clinical psychologist, with over twenty years of experience in the field of mental health and therapy. I have spent many years working with professionals in the business and tech sector, as well as adolescents in the high school and university setting. I work with high-achieving, engaged clients who desire to strengthen their self-knowledge, improve their relationships and enhance their life.

In therapy, we focus on how to foster a growth mindset, improve self-care practices and clarify your unique life purpose, in order to live a value-oriented, joyful life. Our strengths often have a shadow side -- many of my clients (who are driven, engaged and successful) seek therapy to address perfectionism, burnout from overwork and the desire to cultivate a better work life balance.

In addition to my background as a psychologist, I have extensive training in yoga and mindfulness, which I weave into the work with clients. Clients report that they have learned to be more mindful and intentional, as well as more present in their own bodies, through this aspect of the work. For Cincinnati-based clients, I also offer walking sessions in Ault Park (weather permitting).

I look forward to connecting with you!
