Message to clients

No matter what you're going through - like feeling sad, worried, or having problems in relationships - I'm here to help you. My job is to help you heal and grow into the best version of yourself by working to identify what’s troubling you, and to guide you to the changes you desire. Together, we'll explore the feelings, experiences, and blind spots that may be holding you back. I provide a friendly, non-judgmental space, evidence-based approaches, and a sense of humor to help you find the path forward in your life.

I wasn't always a therapist...I have worked in the Fortune 500 and have also owned my own small business. In fact, I have over two decades of real-world insights that I bring to every conversation. These experiences allow me to bring 'real-world' practicality and examples to counseling as well as a solution-focused mindset. I'm a nationally board-certified counselor and an honors graduate of a CACREP-accredited masters program in clinical mental health counseling. I'm also trained in EMDR therapy.
