Message to clients

I am passionate about the human spirit -- our drive to think, feel, love, create and express ourselves. As a therapist, I walk beside my clients as they reflect on the twists and turns that make them who they are, discover aspects of themselves and write new chapters in their life story.

I’m motivated to help my clients reach their goals and place that at the center of our work. I am warm, engaging and directive. I believe laughter heals. Occasionally, I might throw in a one-liner.

My clients walk away from our sessions with an enhanced ability to express their emotions, a deeper connection to their bodies and insights about their strengths and goals.

The best part of this work is watching my clients get better. When my clients improve, I hear a song in their voice and see a light in their eyes. (Occasionally, I see a shimmy in their shoulders.)

Finding a therapist you trust is the most important part of therapy. You deserve to feel respected, understood and supported. Let’s discover if I’m the right fit for you. Please call me for a free 15-minute consultation call.
