Natalie is a bilingual, Latinx social worker and psychotherapist who works with young adults exploring what their race, ethnicity, gender, and sexuality mean to them. Some of her clients are also experiencing anxiety and depression, adjusting to new environments, or improving their communication with loved ones.
During sessions, Natalie combines her knowledge of psychodynamic theory, emotionally focused therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy with an anti-oppressive lens to help clients better understand how they can use their strengths to navigate everyday life. By creating a trauma-informed space, Natalie works with clients to facilitate growth and break free from the impacts of systemic discrimination.
