Mrs. Nataliya Vlasova is a practicing therapist in Baltimore, MD. She earned a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and is a Licensed Clinical Professional with 20 years of experience in the field. She studied Clinical Psychology in Ukraine, Systems Psychotherapy in Austria and was awarded H. Humphrey Post-Grad International Scholarship at Johns Hopkins School of Public Health.

Mrs. Vlasova assists clients navigate different life transitions: school, career, relationship and to manage it better, by coping with anxiety, stress, and depression. She specializes in Mood disorders, Adjustment Disorders, Psychotic Disorders, Personality Disorders. As a family therapist she assists couples and families in creating harmonious relationship.

Mrs. Vlasova incorporates different therapeutic approaches and schools in her practice: Psychodynamics, CBT, Family Systems Psychotherapy, Client-Centered Psychotherapy, Existential Therapy and variety of strategies to help her clients in building awareness, compassion, understanding, respect, empathy and acceptance toward themselves and others.

My goal is to assist you to become a self-confident, emotionally and mentally healthy person capable to create harmonious relationship. I want you to know that you can leave life that you desire, that is motivated by your expectations, not expectations of other people and to move towards greater autonomy in your life.


Anxiety - Coping with excessive worry, nervousness, or stress; intense discomfort in social settings (social anxiety); sudden and intense feelings of panic (panic disorder)

Depression - Providing support and promoting healing of hopelessness, low motivation and energy, sadness, irritability, sleep disturbance, and loss of interest and pleasure in life

Adjustment difficulties & disorders - Support around adapting to new and/or challenging life circumstances; skill-building for improved stress management and reduction of anxiety.

Bipolar disorder - Developing coping and preventive strategies to stabilize extreme mood swings, including manic and depressive episodes; increasing effective strategies to regulate emotions and maintain a healthy daily routine

Mood disorders - Clinical depression, persistent depression, bipolar disorder, and other mood disorders that cause disturbances in the client's mood, causing mood swings, restless sleep, and/or elevated mood

Couples counseling - Addressing relationship challenges and life transitions; strengthening communication and feelings of security, desire, connection, and love
