Therapist's note
Counseling is a therapeutic/business relationship. If the business part of what we do is not working well, then therapy outcomes are directly compromised. Unless we have made other arrangements, full payment is due at the start of each session. I accept payment by cash and personal check. I also accept credit cards through square app. I reserve the right to charge a $40 fee for any returned check or declined credit/debit card fee. Any unpaid balances on your account bear interest at the rate of 1.5% per month. Unpaid balances, in excess of 120 days from the date of invoice, will be sent to collections if balance is not paid and other arrangements have not been made between the practice and you the client.
