Paul specializes in helping clients deal with arguments, disagreements, and miscommunications in a healthy, productive way. Whether they’re experiencing interpersonal challenges at work or at home, Paul’s clients can expect to gain a new perspective on conflict and learn practical communication skills for reaching a resolution.
Paul’s approach is rooted in CBT, which focuses on addressing the beliefs, thoughts, feelings, and behaviors preventing clients from feeling truly confident and in control. When it comes to handling disagreements, Paul uses CBT to unpack clients’ unconscious patterns around conflict, which are often formed throughout childhood.
He also works with clients to confront these patterns and construct new ones. Through this process, clients respond to conflicts more effectively, enhance their relationships, and improve their quality of life.
