Message to clients

Welcome, if you found your way here, you're ready to embark on self-discovery and find deeper healing and quality of life. Together we can create a therapeutic relationship where you feel truly seen, heard, and supported.

I offer an affirming, supportive therapeutic home and am passionate about co-creating a safe creative environment. You are the expert in your own experience; you already possess the strengths that will help.

As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I specialize in men's mental health, sexual wellness, relationship challenges, anxiety, and PTSD. Whether you're queer, trans, cisgender, straight, or anywhere else on the gender/sexuality spectrum, I provide a judgment-free space to explore these topics.

Some issues I offer support around include transforming negative self-beliefs, trauma informed therapy, intimacy challenges, dysfunctional family dynamics, substance use, and exploring kink/non-monogamy. I have a special interest and experience working with survivors of childhood sexual abuse.
