Rachael Dadbin focuses on guiding clients who seek healing and growth to achieve desired results. You can be going through a life transition, experiencing heightened anxiety and overwhelm, substance use, academic and/or work place challenges, relational difficulties with self and others, and challenges around self-worth and esteem. Sometimes we just need a safe place to share our deepest thoughts and sort through our day-to-day because life can feel hectic.
It is often ones thoughts and beliefs about self or a situation that impacts our emotions and behaviors. Rachael tailors interventions based on the needs of clients to achieve increased life satisfaction. Rachael has two Pupil Personnel Service credentials in School Counseling and Child Welfare and Attendance, and was also trained in addiction/substance use.
Rachael Dadbin currently offers remote therapy sessions(telehealth). In the future, she hopes to be able to be able to develop a hybrid model for clients who prefer in person sessions. Rachael works mornings and early afternoons Monday through Thursday.
