Rashelle Reynolds is a pre-licensed marriage and family therapist. She graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a bachelor's in psychology. Moreover, she studied at Capella University for a master’s in marriage and family therapy and graduated in 2020 and gained experience working in residential facilities, outpatient clinics, community agencies, and private practice settings.
Rashelle founded Truth Reveal Recover Health and Wellness January 2021 after experiencing the loss of her father January 2nd 2021. The practice was founded to allow more people access to mental health services within the community and break the stigma around mental health while building the awareness to resources available to tackle mental health issues. We see clients via telehealth. In person sessions are available to Memphis residents only.

Truth Reveal Recover was founded to be a safe haven for all especially those who struggle with oppression internally and/or externally. We provide a place where people can receive actual help in the their struggles. Not saying no one else does, the unique difference is the level of faith we have in our people and the willingness they have to heal. Our doors are open to those who choose to heal and overcome. We encourage and follow along the healing journey and bring much awareness to the existence of the internal self and the external actions one can take to make their lives perspectively more positive.
