Professional statement

Samantha prioritizes making herself fully present for her clients during each session. When beginning therapy with a client, she focuses on developing a strong therapeutic relationship and identifying treatment goals so she has a basic understanding of what her client wants to achieve. She uses an exploratory approach to identify behaviors, thoughts, and feelings that have been keeping you from academic or professional progress, feeling at peace, or stuck in relational patterns.

Message to clients

I am present and supportive as my clients reflect on past traumas, difficult emotions, and challenging life events. Together, we will create a brave space for you to return to when facing life’s challenges. We will explore what is keeping you from feeling grounded, healthy, and present.
