Professional statement

Samantha prioritizes making herself fully present for her clients during each session. When beginning therapy with a client, she focuses on developing a strong therapeutic relationship and identifying treatment goals so she has a basic understanding of what her client wants to achieve. Together, she works with her clients to explore their social world and relationships, obstacles, and challenges that they are facing, and helps create an actionable plan for how to overcome them.

Message to clients

I believe that healthy relationships are essential to our emotional well-being. Together, we will build a therapeutic relationship that is founded on trust, empathy, and security while providing a space where you can feel safe to navigate the challenges you are facing. Everyone should have someone in their corner they can talk to, so I ensure I give that to each of my clients so they have somewhere they can be their true, unfiltered self.
