Dr. Sandra Clark, originally from New York, relocated to South Florida in 2000, bringing her vibrant NY style with her. She holds a bachelor’s in psychology and a Master’s in Social Work, followed by a PhD in Christian Counseling, which she earned in 2007. With a deep understanding of the challenges and heartbreaks life presents, Dr. Clark’s strong faith and personal experiences with family loss have been foundational to her growth as both a counselor and individual. She believes that through life's trials, our faith is deepened and we become stronger.
Dr. Clark specializes in helping women tap into their full potential, guiding them on their journey to becoming the best version of themselves. She is passionate about utilizing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which she has extensive experience in. Known as one of the most researched and effective forms of psychotherapy, CBT focuses on the powerful connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Outside of therapy, she has many years working in a psychiatric hospital helping patients to stabilize. Dr. Clark has many interests and is an animal lover, a fashion enthusiast, and an avid traveler, often exploring new beaches and cultures. She enjoys decorating, cooking, and discovering fine dining experiences wherever she goes.
