Message to clients

I view myself as an eclectic practitioner and incorporate techniques from various types of therapy to fulfill the needs of my clients. I recognize that everyone is unique and views reality through an individual lens, depending on life experiences. I work with clients to identify small, measurable goals that we can accomplish together. Therapy does not need to be long term or big picture, if you don’t want it to be, and my primary goal is to meet my clients where they are and help them accomplish what they are looking for at this point in time.

As a bilingual and bicultural therapist, I have a special interest in working with members of marginalized and oppressed groups to explore the intersectionality of ethnicity, gender, society, and socioeconomic class.

I focus on making clients feel comfortable and safe in revealing their true selves so they can discuss the changes they want to make in their lives. I am honored you are considering working with me and encourage you to please reach out with any questions you may have.
