Sarah Ofrecio's practice, Growth Mindset Psychotherapy, is a boutique-style private practice that works with individuals to create customized treatment plans to meet their unique needs. The practice space is a cozy and safe environment, providing clients with a sense of comfort when delving into vulnerabilities. Some of the treatment modalities that Sarah uses include dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), internal family systems therapy (IFS), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), and Imago and Gottman method couple's therapy.
Sarah is a former educator and expat of South Korea. She strives for cultural competence and inclusion in her practice. Sarah is also a mom of two and believes in the healing power of secure relationships and the importance of genuine connection.

Complex PTSD (C-PTSD) - Recovering from the impact of long-term, repeated traumatic events, such as emotional abuse and neglect

Self-esteem - Cultivating self-compassion, assertiveness, and confidence; developing ways to reduce suffering, anxiety, social withdrawal, and self-neglect
