Message to clients

My name is Shuqueta Thomas and as an African American, female Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate (LMFT-A), I am deeply committed to providing culturally sensitive and inclusive therapy services tailored to meet the unique needs and experiences of my clients. My range of therapeutic services extend to couples and families who may be dealing with high conflict, young adults who are experiencing life transitions, the BIPOC population whose focus is coping with oppression and discrimination, and also expectant or current mothers who feel consumed and lost in motherhood. Therapy can also be the maintenance needed to nourish the balance in one’s life.

With a passion for fostering healing and growth in the therapy room, I strive to create a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you can explore your challenges, celebrate your strengths, and embark on a journey towards positive change and fulfillment.

Drawing from my training, experience, and cultural background, I approach therapy with empathy, authenticity, and a deep understanding of the intersecting identities and dynamics that shape our lives. It is my honor to accompany you on your path towards greater well-being, resilience, and connection.

I look forward to the opportunity to collaborate with you and support you in achieving your therapeutic goals.
