Message to clients

Welcome and Bienvenidos!

I offer a space for self-discovery by uncovering how the elements of your identity (e.g., past and current relationships, religion, gender, culture) impacts who you are today. My aim is that we can understand how these factors impact your relationship with others and most importantly, with yourself. Leading to the changes you wish see in yourself as a result of your openness to fully engage with this demanding, yet wonderfully transformative process called psychotherapy. I'm a bilingual therapist with experience working with immigrants and children of immigrants, and with those whose who have been affected by the conflict in the Middle East.

I work with clients who may be struggling in their day-to-day life and with their relationships by connecting your past with the present. We go at your pace and I embrace teamwork in the therapeutic process. I will ask questions along the way which will help us explore how your childhood impacts you today while simultaneously, finding coping strategies for you to implement when you find yourself in moments of tremendous distress.

Reaching out for help is very brave and I appreciate your courage. Please, do not hesitate to reach out. I am looking forward to connecting with you.
