Message to clients

My life’s passion is to share my love of personal growth, art, spirituality, and wellness into my practice. The work I do utilizes traditional talk therapy, life coaching, art and expressive therapies, and the application of embodied practices of EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique/Tapping, mind-body awareness, and mindfulness in conjunction with Humanistic and Transpersonal psychology.

I am also of the belief that each one of us has an intrinsic ability to heal and wisdom as to what we actually need to thrive. Most of the time, it is a matter of feeling safe enough to trust this knowledge and learn how to prioritize our needs over life's demands. I am dedicated to the notion of empowerment, self-care, and learning effective coping skills that actually work in a world of great change.

The Center for Soulful Presence hosts numerous empath empowerment groups online via Zoom and other community-based experiential groups using sound, art, and expressive arts. Healing does not happen in a vacuum and together we can!
