Message to clients

My life’s work is rooted in a deep passion for personal growth, creativity, spirituality, and holistic wellness. I bring this passion into my practice by blending traditional talk therapy and life coaching with expressive arts, somatic awareness, and embodied modalities such as EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique/Tapping), mindfulness, and mind-body integration. My approach is informed by Humanistic and Transpersonal psychology, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Polyvagal Theory—supporting both deep emotional healing and nervous system regulation.

A central focus of my work is empowering neurodivergent empaths—those who experience the world with heightened sensitivity and non-linear ways of thinking and being. I offer practical, real-life tools to navigate challenges like sensory overwhelm, emotional intensity, and executive dysfunction. This includes support with prioritizing tasks, managing time and energy, creating structure without rigidity, and building systems that actually work with your nervous system, not against it.

I believe each person carries an innate wisdom and capacity to heal. Much of the work involves creating enough safety to access that inner knowing—and learning to honor and prioritize your needs without guilt or burnout. My goal is to help you reconnect with your natural strengths, feel resourced, and create a life that feels aligned and sustainable.

The Center for Soulful Presence also offers a variety of online empowerment groups for empaths, as well as community-based experiential gatherings that incorporate sound healing, expressive arts, and somatic practices. Healing doesn’t happen in isolation—and when we gather with intention and compassion, meaningful transformation is possible.
