Stefanie is passionate about helping women develop self-esteem, grow self-love, find confidence in what they do, and feel empowered in their lives. Many of Stefanie’s clients come to sessions feeling unsure about their decisions or how to navigate a complex personal and professional world - Stefanie brings creativity, warmth, kindness, and authenticity into her work to help them as they explore their identity and options.
In Stefanie’s practice, clients can expect a focus on the connection between the mind and the body. Her style largely draws from Somatic Therapy, a therapy style that draws on how the body feels, how the mind works, and the relationship between the two in times of stress and trauma.
