Professional statement

Stephanie provides a safe and supportive space for individual adults who are looking to understand themselves on a deeper level. Many of her clients come to therapy feeling stuck—whether they're struggling with anxiety, depression, past trauma, or painful relationship patterns. Together, you will explore the underlying emotions, experiences, and unconscious dynamics that shape their lives.

Stephanie works in a relational way, meaning therapy isn’t just about analyzing thoughts or behaviors—it’s about the power of connection. The therapeutic relationship is an important part of the process, offering a space where you can explore emotions, develop self-awareness, and feel truly understood. The way you relate in therapy can also provide insight into how you relate to others, helping you break free from old patterns and build more fulfilling relationships. Stephanie believes that while many of us experience pain as a result of relational wounds, it is only within the context of relationship that true healing can be felt.

Stephanie's approach is deeply personal and uniquely catered to each client. Rather than offering quick fixes, she believes in creating a space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions at your own pace. Overtime, this work can lead to profound change—helping you feel more grounded, more present, and more in tune with yourself. She utilizes a Psychodynamic, Attachment and Relational approach, and incorporates other treatment modalities to attend to the needs of each client.

Stephanie enjoys working with people who suffer with the following issues: depression, anxiety, stage of life concerns, attachment issues, early childhood/developmental trauma, unexplained digestive issues, sexuality, spirituality, relationship distress, and general sense of feeling stuck in life.

Message to clients

Deciding to start therapy is an incredibly brave decision. While mental health has become a much larger conversation in our culture, sadly, there is still stigma surrounding the desire or need for processing with a professional. I'm encouraged that you are taking the courageous steps to begin your healing journey. I like to think of therapy as two people showing up with their authentic selves in the room. While my training and experience has equipped me with the knowledge and ability to help people--YOU are the authority on your story. And I look forward to being welcomed into that sacred space and learning more about where you've been, where you are, and hopefully together we can discover where you're going.
