Stephanie Stathas is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania who has over 10 years of experience providing therapeutic care to a wide variety of populations and individuals seeking help for symptoms of anxiety, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), depression, grief and loss, depression, and other psychiatric disorders. She received her Maser’s of Science Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Walden University and has over 2 years of experience using Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) with clients.

Stephanie utilizes a very client-centered and integrative approach while using evidence-based practices when treating individuals, such as cognitive behavior therapy, mindfulness, EMDR, and solution-focused. She believes that healing the whole uniqueness of the person – the mind, body, and spirit – will lead to a positive and more fulfilling lifestyle.
