Message to clients

Are you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from yourself or others? Life’s challenges can feel isolating, but you don’t have to navigate them alone.

Hi! I’m Sydney, and my goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where you can openly explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences without judgment. I am passionate about working with the LGBTQIA+ community, providing affirming care that respects your identity and lived experiences.

I believe that healing begins with understanding and self-compassion, and I strive to help my clients feel heard, validated, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives.

I take an eclectic approach to therapy, tailoring sessions to your unique needs. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, and Reality Therapy to help you gain insight, develop coping strategies, and build resilience.

I work with individuals and couples but have a special passion for supporting young adults through life’s transitions. I welcome clients from all different relationship structures, including non-traditional and polyamorous dynamics, and strive to create a nonjudgmental space for open and honest exploration. From identity exploration and relationship challenges to career uncertainties and emotional healing, I aim to provide a space where you can develop healthier patterns and move toward a more fulfilling life.

Growth takes time, and I believe in meeting you where you are while helping you move toward where you want to be. I offer support and perspective to guide you along the way.
