In session, Toresa will help you discover easy ways to shift thoughts and behaviors that are no longer serving you so that you are more self-aware and confident in your ability to be the best mom/dad and person you want to be.
Toresa's style is client-centered and solution focused which will help you to not only be honest with yourself. Toresa will ask you the tough questions to help you challenge your thinking and thoughts that may be troubling you. When you have your first session with Toresa, you will notice each session is tailored to the goals you create together, or things you want to discuss and process during your time together. Toresa is dedicated to providing a relationship that is personable without judgement.
Outside of private practice, Toresa loves spending time with family and friends, reading, listening to music, singing and collecting healing crystals.

Toresa will provide a superbill that can be submitted to your insurance company for partial or full reimbursement. Please contact your insurance company for confirmation of this as Toresa cannot guarantee statements regarding reimbursement. All sessions must be canceled within 24 hours or the fee is $130.
