He is also passionate about providing therapeutic services for individuals with physical disabilities. Research interests include self-esteem and identity, anxiety, and trauma.

He focuses on meeting clients where they are at, while making therapy enjoyable and not such an overwhelming experience or expense that can exacerbate the stigma of counseling. He is currently accepting clients but only has virtual sessions at the moment.

Message to clients

I approach therapy as us teaming up to work on what you came to therapy for. I believe this kind of relationship opens up more doors to help you succeed. I think authenticity is key in therapy as well, to be able to agree or disagree in session is crucial, because I think therapy is one of the few places you could talk about actual real life problems and not feel judged or guilty. Or meeting you somewhere in session where we feel like we are making progress and you still feel like you are getting your money’s worth.
