Message to clients

Are you dealing with stress and anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship issues, or spiritual issues? Is it difficult finding peace and happiness due to past or current life challenges? If so, holistic counseling services are available to help you improve your mood, and quality of life, and strengthen your relationships. The Therapist's Lounge provides a therapeutic space for healing and transformation.

As a holistic therapist, I focus on the whole person (i.e., physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being) rather than just their symptoms or specific issues. I utilize an integrative approach to helping others improve their mental health, relationships, and overall quality of life.

I specialize in women's mental health issues related to motherhood, trauma, life transitions, parenting, family conflict, and relationship issues. Here at the Therapist's Lounge, you are able to be your authentic self without shame, judgment, and criticism.
