Professional statement

I strive to build a trusting relationship that can lend itself to openness, authenticity, and growth. My practice is rooted in the belief that deeper awareness opens the door to meaningful change. Whether you are looking to delve into how your mind works, understand your inner experiences, clarify your feelings, confront challenges, and/or find acceptance, therapy can be an opportunity to explore new ways of engaging with yourself, your relationships, and the world.

I utilize the depth of psychodynamic therapy and integrate other evidence-based therapies such as CBT and mindfulness, depending on the client’s needs.

Life’s challenges can evoke a complex range of emotions and responses. Together, we will look at what you are experiencing with curiosity and compassion, as we work on the areas that are most important to you.
