Professional statement

I am dedicated to supporting the individuals I work with in addressing a range of areas including anxiety, chronic illness, grief, life transitions, family and relationship issues, and trauma. I strive to build a trusting relationship where clients can speak openly, better understand their feelings and inner experiences, and develop awareness of narratives and patterns that may be getting in the way of living a more fulfilling life.

My practice is rooted in psychodynamic therapy and integrates other evidence-based techniques, depending on your needs. Using your strengths, we will explore what is most important to you. I aim to provide a space that is non-judgmental, warm, and collaborative.
