Because of my life journey and expertise in therapy, I give my clients genuine empathy and understanding so they feel safe throughout our therapeutic journey. I specialize in supporting adults through various life transitions like career shifts, school, navigating parenthood, marriage and divorce. I have worked with individuals from all walks of life, including victims of narcissistic abuse and people in toxic relationships.
