Our team is composed exclusively of licensed psychologists with doctoral-level training from top programs, offering both general and specialized mental health care with a high level of expertise.
Based in California and available via telehealth, CPC clinicians are known for their clinical depth, cultural humility, and commitment to long-term resilience. We believe meaningful therapy is built on strong therapeutic relationships and science-backed strategies tailored to each individual’s needs.
California Psychology Center offers individual therapy for adults, teens, children, couples therapy, and specialized group therapy programs. Services are available online, and we are in-network with Aetna to make care more accessible.
Our psychologists specialize in treating anxiety, OCD, depression, trauma, eating disorders, ADHD, and perfectionism, as well as relationship and identity-related challenges. We use evidence-based approaches including CBT, ERP, ACT, and EFT, and offer tailored support for those managing chronic health concerns or navigating high-performance careers. With a team of 20+ clinicians across a range of specialties, we take great care in matching you with the therapist who best fits your needs and preferences.
All CPC providers are doctoral-level psychologists with advanced training from top-tier academic medical centers, including Stanford, UCSF, and UCLA. We’re a values-driven team that pairs deep clinical expertise with genuine warmth, flexibility, and a strong respect for each person’s unique story. Our goal isn’t just to help you feel better—but to support you in living a life that feels more aligned with who you are and what matters most to you.
At CPC, we are in-network with Aetna and with other insurance plans that use the Aetna network.
If your insurance isn’t part of that network, our fees range from $225 to $375, depending on the service.
