What services does your practice offer?

COPE Psychological Center is an outpatient mental health treatment program in Los Angeles that provides individual, couples, family, and group psychotherapy. The therapists at COPE specialize in providing evidence-based mental health treatment that has been personalized to your needs. We provide treatment utilizing CBT, ACT, and DBT treatment philosophies as well as trauma-focused treatments, such as Cognitive Processing Therapy and Prolonged Exposure.

What are your practice's specialties?

Providers at COPE Psychological Center have a variety of specializations, but many have particular specialities in addiction, trauma, and general mood disorders, such as depression and anxiety. Additionally, certain providers have additional subspecialties in treating chronic pain, illness, insomnia, and binge eating disorder.

How does payment work at your practice?

We are an in-network facility for ComPsych and certain providers also take Lyra Health. If you do not have these insurances, our fees range from $150-$300 depending on the provider. We are able to provide Superbills that can be submitted to your insurance for possible reimbursement.
