Therapy at Emanate is an active process that empowers you with tools to change your life. With backgrounds in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, we deliver holistic treatment that is both evidence-based and individualized. Our doctors approach therapy from a strengths-based mindset, believing the process to be most helpful when it aligns people with their most important values, rather than simply decreasing symptoms.
Cognitive-Behavioral strategies are key in the healing process. In therapy, you will explore how your thoughts, actions, and emotions are related to one another. Further, you will soon understand how these components of self are related to your suffering or alternatively, your happiness. Additionally, we will work with you to implement mindfulness strategies and build self-compassion. Finding compassion for your struggles can be difficult, but it is imperative in moving through them.
The relationship between therapist and client is undeniably important. We strive to build connections based on warmth, compassion, safety, and humor. We work with individuals, couples and families, believing that healthy relationships are the foundation for healing.
We provide individual psychotherapy, couples counseling, and medication management in the Lower Highlands neighborhood of Denver and over telehealth.
We have an expertise in evidence based practice for depression, anxiety, eating disorders, and couples counseling.
We accept payment by credit card or HSA card at time of service. While we do not accept insurance in network, we can provide receipts (superbills) for out of network reimbursement. Many of our clients get reimbursed for a percentage of their services.
We are a team of compassionate and warm clinicians who provide evidence-based treatment, so you can be assured that you will receive the gold standard of care. We are professional and competent and will help you feel at ease while providing excellent, evidence-based care. We look forward to working with you!
