Enamory is an inclusive group of psychologists, educators, and community builders whose mission is to support and sustain healthy relationships through the use of evidence-based tools and resources in an authentic and empowering ways. We offer couple therapy, relationship therapy, and sex therapy, as well as individual services focused on breaking unhelpful relationship patterns and creating new habits that work best for you. Many of Enamory's clients work through issues related to communication, intimacy, infidelity, co-parenting, racial/cultural/value differences, mental health symptoms, coping with discrimination/stigma, and decisions about commitment/the future of your relationship.
Enamory is unique in offering services specialized to non-traditional relationship structures as well as traditional relationship structures. We are passionate about serving the LGBTQIA+, kink, and non-monogamous communities. Undoing stigma and discrimination-based shame are our specialities. We honor each person’s unique identity, goals, and circumstances - your Enamory therapist is a person who truly understands and accepts you unconditionally. We practice cultural humility and critical theory, meaning we strive to understand your identities within the broader social context we live in and to honor your lived experience.
We work from an evidence-based perspective using therapies such as Integrative Behavioral Couple Therapy (IBCT), Cognitive-Behavioral Couple Therapy (CBCT), and Emotionally-Focused Couple Therapy (EFT/EFCT) as well as Cognitve Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Self-Compassion, and Mindfulness-Based frameworks. We are some of the only licensed therapists in California trained in psychedelic-assisted therapy with couples, and offer cutting-edge ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) through a partnership with Journey Clinical.

Enamory is a clinical practice and community that provides couple, individual, relationship, and sex therapy for all forms of relationships, specializing in non-monogamy, sexual expansion, and psychedelic assisted therapy. Providers are available for workshops and trainings focused on sexuality, communication, and the interplay between mental health and relationship functioning.
How does payment work at your practice?
We are out-of-network providers, but some PPO plans may reimburse part of your fee. We provide the appropriate paperwork (e.g., superbills) for reimbursement.
