Hudson Square Therapy focuses on cultivating a strong therapeutic relationship which is at the utmost importance in order to provide a safe environment to build upon your own narrative. Our style of therapy is more relational, direct, and is tailored to the clients needs. As a practice, our eclectic approach includes, but is not limited to working from a psychodynamic, modern psychoanalytic, and relational perspective—incorporating cognitive-behavioral and mindfulness-based modalities as needed. We specialize in working with adults, couples, and families on various different topics.
At Hudson Square Therapy, we are only in-network with Aetna at the moment. If you do not have one of these health insurances, our fees range from $100-$225 depending on the provider and service offered. We are happy to submit claims on your behalf directly to your insurance company..
