Huffmaster Psychotherapy is all about personalized holistic talk therapy designed specifically for you. We specialize in working with teens, young and middle-aged adults who feel like they're in a rut and are dealing with things like depression, anxiety, trauma, or relationship troubles. Our therapists are here to help you navigate through tough emotions, traumatic experiences, and relationship challenges by teaming up with you on a journey of self-discovery through therapy. We believe it's super important for you to feel comfortable and confident with your therapist, so we're dedicated to helping you find the perfect fit. Our therapists are trained in different approaches like CBT, DBT, person-centered, and strengths-based methods, and they'll be right there with you as you share your story, uncover the root causes of your struggles, and discover your inner strength and resilience. Together, we'll explore all the possibilities for growth and transformation.

What are your practice's specialties?

We specialize in working with teens and young adults with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues & low self-esteem. We're really into holistic approaches to therapy, and we use our relationship with you as a way to help you learn more about yourself. With us, you'll have a safe space to explore everything that's going on in your life, even the stuff you might not be aware of. We're here to help you work through any emotional or relationship issues you've been dealing with for a while. And hey, feel free to stick with us for as long as you need – our goal is to help you make lasting changes in your life.

How does payment work at your practice?

At Huffmaster Psychotherapy, we are in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Blue Care Network, Aetna and Priority Health. If you do not have one of these insurance plans, our fees are $150-$200 depending on the provider and service offered. If using out of network benefits, we are also able to provide you with a superbill to submit for reimbursement to your insurance carrier. Some therapists are able to provide a limited amount of sliding fee scale sessions/week. Please inquire if this is a need. Our practice bills for sessions at the time of visit, weekly or monthly depending on the therapist. While we are often able to provide a limited insurance verification, if you are unsure of your plan's coverage and out of pocket responsibilities, we encourage you to inquire with your insurance plan directly.
