How does payment work at your practice?
Our community offers a variety of payment methods, including insurances, HSA, debit, and credit. Our fees are flexible and depend on the provider and service provided. If a client's insurance is accepted, we take care of sending in the claim directly. We have a late cancellation policy that requires a 24-hour notice of cancellation or reschedule. A $20 fee will be applied if a client fails to comply. To ensure a seamless experience, we require each client to keep a card on file, which will be charged 24-hours before each session.

Just a friendly reminder that we have a late cancellation policy of $20.00 if you happen to miss your appointment or do not cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled time. To streamline our booking process and ensure seamless service for all our clients, we require that all clients have a credit or debit card on file.
