Will create space for you to bring all parts of yourself to therapy and welcome you with open arms
Will be aware of their own implicit (and explicit) bias and be able to correct themselves when they are wrong
...and a little “okay girlll,” or “Sis, I see you” every now and then doesn’t hurt!
We collect electronic payment through our platform, Simple Practice. Our fees range from $105 to $140 depending on the provider and service offered. We can provide a super bill to you to submit to your insurance company if you have out of network coverage.
Anxiety - Coping with excessive worry, nervousness, or stress; intense discomfort in social settings (social anxiety); sudden and intense feelings of panic (panic disorder)
Couples counseling - Addressing relationship challenges and life transitions; strengthening communication and feelings of security, desire, connection, and love
Depression - Providing support and promoting healing of hopelessness, low motivation and energy, sadness, irritability, sleep disturbance, and loss of interest and pleasure in life
Life transitions - Coping with difficult or impactful life changes, such as moving to a new area, relationship transitions, child rearing, or career changes; learning self-care to better manage resulting stress
Relationship issues - Understanding one’s wants and needs in relationships; exploring patterns of interaction, addressing concerns, and strengthening satisfaction in relationships and dating
Racism, oppression, and discrimination - Exploring how racism, oppression, and discrimination impacts one’s life, including relationships, work life, and self-esteem; growing self-care practices to combat the negative emotions that arise when faced with identity-based adverse experiences
