Practice Information

Do you have difficulty concentrating? Trouble falling or staying asleep? Irritable behavior, angry outbursts? Many people are struggling with trauma symptoms. This can range from feeling fear, horror, anger, guilt or shame to headaches, heart pounding, trouble breathing and sweating. Not taking care of yourself can lead to chronic health problems, mental illness, and substance use problems.

People to People believes therapy should be supportive, educational and work. We believe that learning healthy ways to cope and getting the right care and support can help reduce and possibly remove stressful feelings and symptoms. We use only the most effective, evidence-based strategies and we train our staff to build trust because we know this will yield major benefits throughout the course of a therapeutic relationship.

Our staff is excited to work with you to create a plan to help you feel better and move forward, while recognizing and celebrating your successes along the way.

Why should I choose your practice?

Here is what our clients are saying about us:

“I absolutely love this facility. I've never seen such knowledgeable and caring providers in one practice. Their attention to training is the best I've seen.”

"I made excellent progress during my time in treatment."

"I have finally found a place for me to share life's experiences, good and bad, and when I get in a place where I feel stuck for whatever reason,  I am coached along in a respectful and caring way until I find the words, thoughts, that are appropriate to the situation. The counselor is attentive and involved with my issues. Not every counselor that I have had in the past can be described that way. I am very appreciative of People to People.  I feel it is a respectable environment fitting for most ....or is my thought anyway.  I'm very grateful."
