FAQS

What makes Plaza Psychology and Psychiatry special?

Plaza Psychology and Psychiatry is a group practice that offers medication management services and mental health therapy in one setting. You do not need to be in treatment for both. But, if you need additional support, we have in-house referrals. Your team can collaborate with each other to provide you the best integrated treatments.

We also offer TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) for individuals with treatment resistant depression. Again, your med provider and/or therapist will work with you to get this treatment.

We pride ourselves on delivering the best science-informed therapeutic services. We do this with ongoing consultation and peer supervision. We strive to learn and grow from each other. Each medication provider and each clinician have their own strengths and areas of interest, and we support each other so we can provide you with the best care.

What services does your practice offer?

Among our prescribers and therapists, you're very likely to find someone who specializes in treating your particular problem, be it stress-related issues, such as life transitions, or more biologically-based illnesses, such as bipolar disorder. Some of their specialties include:

Why should I choose your practice?

You should choose our practice because believe relationships and care start with the front office staff. Our office staff will answer the phone, and they will ask some questions that enable them to find a provider that will work for you and with you. Our front staff will get to know you by name (especially if you come in-person). You will see the same faces in the office. Our practice is founded on the belief that relationships matter. Treatment begins when you make that first connection. Sometimes needs and relationships change. With our range of providers and expertise, we are usually able to accommodate you for continuity of care.

Our certifications and trainings matter to your treatment, only if you like and trust us. Because, you matter most.
