When you begin working with us, you can expect genuine kindness, professionalism, and mutual respect. We will work with you collaboratively to develop therapy goals that encourage healing, progress, and align with your personal values. Typically, the therapy process begins with meeting once weekly until notable progress is made, then reduces to biweekly or once monthly maintenance sessions.

If you prefer talk therapy or a therapy approach that does not involve as much talk-processing such as EMDR or ART, please let us know. We're happy to answer any questions about the therapy process. If you are engaging in telehealth, ensure that you have a strong, stable internet connection and that you are in a private, safe place for your session.
