What services does your practice offer?
Our team consists of psychiatrists and psychiatric mental health nurse practitioners with years of experience treating depression, anxiety disorders and other mental illnesses. We also work with licensed therapists who specialize in different forms of therapy such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
We offer Individual Therapy, Couples Therapy, Psychiatric Medication Management, Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Genetic Testing. Our team is dedicated to helping you live life more productively and feel better!
How does payment work at your practice?
At Revive Therapeutic Services, we are in network with the following insurances: Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, United Healthcare, Neighborhood Health Plan of RI, Optum, Carefirst.
If you do not have one of these health insurances, our fees range from $100-$200 depending on the provider and service offered. Out-of-network billing options are also available where we can support you in getting reimbursement from your insurance company.
