We help young adults navigate life changes, manage ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, and more. Life can be bumpy. We can help you roll with it.
Rolling with Life LLC was born in the summer of 2021. The fully virtual, private mental health practice, started with a passion to serve clients during the pandemic and was inspired by a popular pandemic hobby- roller skating. The founder, Brianna Sheridan, felt it was a clever metaphor for the best approach to life… “roll with it.”
Since then, the practice has grown to serve clients in Ohio, California, and New York virtually. We have three providers that offer quality care and services. We recognize that each person’s journey is unique and look to tailor treatment to each client’s specific needs, with effective treatment. We aim to empower our clients to find their strengths to overcome challenges and lead a more fulfilling life.
We understand that it takes a lot of strength and patience to take the first steps in reaching out to get help! We desire to make your experience and journey beneficial and smooth.
We offer virtual individual and couples therapy sessions- in all of Ohio, New York, and California.
We specialize in helping young adults who are navigating life changes, career decision making, ADHD, Anxiety, and Depression. We are passionate about helping all adults and know that early life transitions and be hard.
We have experienced clinicians from different backgrounds and demographics. Our clinicians are trained in therapy modalities that are evidence based and best practice.
Our practice takes insurance from Cigna, Aetna, and Carelon at this time. We are looking to expand insurances taken but also provide super bills and can assist you in getting out of network benefits if you are paying out of pocket at $155.00 a session .
