We offer Individual, Family, Couple's, and Group counseling services both in person and virtually.

What are your practice's specialties?

We are Trauma Informed Therapists who specialize in working with those struggling with Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Relationships, Boundary, LGBTQIA+, and Religion and Race based issues.

The therapist at this practice are made up of those who have years of experience working with a variety of different age groups and populations. Life can be extremely stressful so since you're here, we invite you to RELAX!

How does payment work at your practice?

We are currently in network with Anthem/BCBS, Aetna, Cigna, and UHC. We also offer self pay fees starting at $85 per session for a 50 minute session.

Race & cultural identity - Exploring topics of racial, cultural, and ethnic background as it relates to one’s family origins and personal identity

LGBTQIA, gender, and sexuality topics - Exploring topics of sexuality, gender, and identity; coping with discrimination and oppression; navigating relationship, family, and cultural challenges

Cultural adjustment - Acclimating to a new environment; managing stress and coping with feelings of loss and separation from familiar people and places

Trauma - Coping and healing after threatening or scary events, such as witnessing accidents or experiencing sexual, verbal, emotional, or physical abuse

Anxiety - Coping with excessive worry, nervousness, or stress; intense discomfort in social settings (social anxiety); sudden and intense feelings of panic (panic disorder)

Depression - Providing support and promoting healing of hopelessness, low motivation and energy, sadness, irritability, sleep disturbance, and loss of interest and pleasure in life
