Practice Information

Welcome to Trust2Change. We are trauma informed therapists who specialize in working with individuals who have historically been underrepresented within the mental health space. We are culturally responsive clinicians determined to bridge the gap for marginalized communities to have access to quality mental health services.

Our primary lens is trauma informed and aims to help those struggling with Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Relationships, Boundary, LGBTQIA+, Religion, Racial, Cultural, and Sex based issues. We are very passionate about serving marginalized individuals including those who fall under the Neurodivergent population. The therapist at this practice are made up of those who have years of experience working with a variety of different age groups and populations.

We are a teaching practice which means that we have resident clinicians who are still working towards their full license as well as Masters level clinical practicum and intern students who are working towards their degree. This allows us the opportunity to help mold the next generation of clinicians as well as provide lower cost services to the community. Our associate level and student level clinicians are carefully selected and supported to ensure that you receive quality services.

Our professional staff is comprised of Therapists trained in holistic forms of treatment such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy, EMDR, Cognitive Reprocessing, DBT, as well as Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy. The practice utilizes exposure therapy, mindfulness techniques, grounding techniques, and thought reprocessing to assist clients with producing healthier outcomes in their life. We also incorporate somatic forms of healing into our practice which focuses on the mind and body connection as it relates to healing. We know this journey can be tough and what it takes to manifest the life that you desire. You have taken the first step by doing the research, let us help you with the rest.
