I bring a deeply relational and integrative approach to therapy, grounded in the belief that healing begins when we are truly seen and understood. Each person arrives with a rich, complex inner world shaped by lived experience—family history, cultural narratives, attachment patterns, and the unconscious strategies we develop to survive and belong. In our work together, I strive to honor the full arc of your story, not just the parts that feel “presenting.”
Therapy, to me, is not about fixing what's broken—it's about creating the conditions for deeper self-contact, greater emotional freedom, and more authentic connection. Through a foundation of trust, emotional safety, and attuned presence, I offer both containment and challenge: space to unfold at your own pace, and the gentle structure to guide you into new territory. Psychoeducation, mindfulness, and depth-oriented inquiry all serve as tools to help you make meaning, reclaim your voice, and reconnect to your innate wisdom.
Whether we are meeting in person or virtually, the therapeutic space is designed to hold all of who you are. In the digital room, just as in a physical one, we meet as fellow travelers—curious, imperfect, and capable of profound growth.
