Alexandria Ramsey is a Licensed Professional Counselor located in Frisco, Texas. Alexandria has over 4 years of experience working with survivors of intimate partner violence, family violence, and childhood abuse in the DFW area. She is also experienced working with those struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, unhealthy relationships, and trauma. She earned her Undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of North Texas in 2018. She then went on to earn her Masters degree in Counseling Psychology from Texas Women's University in 2022. She is experienced in CBT and DBT and has experience working with trauma and abuse.

My approach is individualized, focusing on your unique strengths and resources to help you. Using evidence-based approaches like Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I am here to help you build resiliency, learn how to set and maintain healthy boundaries find clarity, and embolden you to lead the life you want to live. My hope is that you will leave our sessions feeling seen, heard, and understood.
