Alysha prioritizes trust building and moves at the pace of her clients ensuring they feel grounded, supported and empowered during sessions. Her approach is undergirded by her training in Somatic Trauma Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, trauma informed yoga and other evidence based practices.
